During Friday’s Fempowerment meeting, Nov 21, senior Allison Miele creates a poster for the club with senior Grace Corbett. “We were having our meeting of the month and we were writing a poster about ways to spread empowerment. We did two: ‘How to Empower Her,’ and ‘How to Empower Him to Empower Her.’ We were explaining how to uplift women specifically in a world that tries to put them down. So just acknowledging the biases and practicing active listening, that kind of thing. And that’s posted outside Mrs. Daniels’ room.”

![“All-Suburban [choir] was really fun because I got to work with a lot of people from other schools that I didn't know and I got to make friends. We got to learn fun but challenging music and perform for my parents so that was really fun. But the audition process was really stressful, because over 600 people auditioned but only around 150 actually made it into the choir so that was really intimidating for me.
